Lisa Leitch

Sales & Marketing Strategist; Trainer & Coach

Lisa understands what its like to be in the sales trenches and how to grow business.  From a National Advertising Manager for a 350-store shoe retail chain, to Vice President of Sales & Client Services for one of the largest promotional management companies, she's armed with a wealth of hands-on marketing and sales experience. Lisa successfully sold to clients such as IBM, Daimler Chrysler, Hershey, Hiram Walker, Cadbury Beverages and YTV, and became one of the top million dollar achievers. Winning the IBM North American bid was one of her proudest accomplishments.
As Founder and President of Teneo (Latin word meaning “to know, to understand, to master”), Lisa specializes in helping her clients master the integration of marketing and sales.  Her expertise and focused approach has helped hundreds of salespeople reach new levels of success and contentment in their sales careers.

Lisa is a Certified Sales Professional and is one of six trainers and examiners who are accredited and licensed by the Canadian Professional Sales Association qualified to facilitate and deliver the CPSA Professional Selling program. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and speaks throughout Canada and the U.S.

In 2006, with her husband Tom, Lisa was the co-chair of the “Expanding Our Horizons Community Campaign” and raised $1 million dollars for recreational & library facilities in their hometown community.

Most importantly, she is Taylor & Alexa’s Mom.

As an inquisitive little girl, Lisa’s grandmother always told her she asked way too many questions.  This attribute prevails today, and is one of the keys to Lisa’s sales success.
